We’re thrilled to share comments from viewers who have seen the film.

  • "I loved how the ripples of Masa’s bright spirit, vision, buoyant energy, creativity and resiliency has touched and inspired so many people, including me!”

  • "AMAZING! What a dense and rich story - I had no idea how complex the new information would be... adding to Masa's story and legacy.”

  • How this isolated man had the courage to overcome his treatment as a foreigner to insert himself into the Park creation movement...

We should all take a lesson from that, that no matter how insignificant the outside world tries to paint you, if you keep your focus on something you truly believe in, you can accomplish things and tune out the folks that disparage you.  And if you are a really friendly person, your community will come together to protect you against the KKK”.

  • “Bravo and congratulations on your incredible and moving film! From the start to finish it's a remarkable passion project.”
